Need Assistance?

The last thing you want after a breakdown is the stress of trying to find out what you need to do. So, to make things easier for you, follow these steps to get help with your claim.

The TMO team will help get your claim underway, and they’ll give you all the support you need to help make it all as stress free as possible.

Simply give the TMO Breakdown/Assistance line a call on: 03300 183 526 and they’ll advise you of the next steps to take.

What will you be asked for when you call?

  • Your name, the warranty number and vehicle registration number - you can get your warranty number from your schedule.

  • Current mileage of your vehicle.

  • Details of the Vehicle service history.

The TMO claims handlers will record the details of the Breakdown and advise you of:

  • What information we’ll require.

  • The next steps You should take.

  • The nearest Nominated Service Centre or Repairer.

IMPORTANT:
The repairer must not carry out repairs until we have given permission to do so by issuing an authority number. It is not possible for The Motoring Organisation to authorise any claim without this.
